HPLC is used for separation of the chemical components based on their relative affinities towards either the stationary or mobile phase. The instrument is used to identify, quantify and purify the individual components of a chemical mixture, isolate biologically active natural products, determine the intermediate of a chemical reaction among a number of other applications. In Pharmaceutical industry, it has numerous applications in assay development, stability and shelf life determination and also in conducting quality control experiments. Our instrument facility has a Waters Analytical HPLC system with different sets of columns and detectors.
This facility is available to external users on per sample basis.
