NMR spectroscopy is a non-destructive analysis technique which can be used for structure elucidation, verification, compound characterization and allows direct monitoring of changes during chemical reactions. In biological research, 2D NMR is a powerful tool to investigate the macromolecular structure and its dynamic processes.
NMR technology is used as both qualitative (through different number of signals, position and shapes) and quantitative (integrating the peak) analysis. The ECZ series instrument by JEOL is equipped with Smart Transceiver System (STS) which achieves high-precision digital RF and provides crystal clear spectral patterns.
The instrument at our center is capable of all liquid state operations for all magnetically active nuclei at both low and high temperatures. To promote scientific research and entrepreneurship, our instrument is also open to external users on charge basis. The sample analysis rates are one of the lowest in the city of Lucknow.
